What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and scale Graph features supporting customer intelligence across products.
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to build secure product features.
• Optimize code through reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing for compliance and operational health.
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to innovate.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely within the EMEA region.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years professional backend development experience focused on data modeling, identity, or security.
• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), relational algebra, and graph algorithms.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Golang or Kotlin and RESTful API design in microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
