What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve large-scale infrastructure and database systems focusing on high speed and low latency.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability and consistency, supporting developers with tools and automation.
• Drive innovation by migrating systems to private cloud and automating repetitive tasks.
• Take ownership of incidents, troubleshoot critical issues, and improve systems through monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to technical vision and deliver solutions impacting hundreds of services and applications.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in backend or SRE roles with strong coding skills in C#, Java, Scala, Python, or Golang.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with distributed databases.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes.
• Strong SRE mindset focused on automation, observability, and reliability at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive team collaboration.
