What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles, with a key focus on Design and Creative roles.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
• Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.
• Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts.
• Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality outbound support for Design and Creative roles.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
• Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
