- Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers.
- Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources.
- Develop a long-term global recruiting strategy with other recruiting leaders.
- Scale team structure to optimize for efficiency and growth.
- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all organizations.
- Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
- At least 6+ years of people management experience, with direct experience managing other recruiting leaders.
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies.
- Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth.
