TL;DR

Director, Technical Recruiting: Leading and growing a team of recruiting professionals to support Product, Design, and Engineering functions globally, with an accent on developing long-term recruiting strategies and scaling the function for hyper-growth. Focus on partnering with VP and C-suite leaders to align recruiting resources and championing a values-led culture.

Location: Primarily based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States. In-person onboarding is required.

Salary: $228,000 - $308,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers.
  • Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources.
  • Develop a long-term global recruiting strategy with other recruiting leaders.
  • Scale team structure to optimize for efficiency and growth.
  • Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all organizations.
  • Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
  • At least 6+ years of people management experience, with direct experience managing other recruiting leaders.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies.
  • Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth.
  • A deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion.
