What you will do

• Process inbound chargebacks and disputes, analyze reasons and documents, and decide on representment viability.
• Apply Visa/Mastercard rules and reason codes across dispute stages.
• Build evidence packs with merchant documentation and scheme-compliant arguments.
• Liaise with Visa/Mastercard and partners, handling escalations and clarifications.
• Detect and report fraud, assess risk, and recommend improvements.
• Advise merchants and teams on chargeback causes and prevention practices.
• Track KPIs and identify patterns in merchant transactions and verticals.
• Monitor merchant transactions for fraud and chargeback risks, flagging anomalies.

Requirements

• Must communicate clearly in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week from the Vilnius office.
• At least 2 years of experience in chargeback, dispute, card operations, or risk operations in bank, EMI, PSP, acquirer, or processor handling e-commerce.
• Direct hands-on experience with Visa/Mastercard dispute processes and official platforms.
• Deep knowledge of card transaction lifecycle and e-commerce dispute scenarios.
• Analytical, structured, and able to communicate decisions well under pressure.
