What you will do
- Process inbound chargebacks and disputes, analyze reasons and documents, and decide on representment viability.
- Apply Visa/Mastercard rules and reason codes across dispute stages.
- Build evidence packs with merchant documentation and scheme-compliant arguments.
- Liaise with Visa/Mastercard and partners, handling escalations and clarifications.
- Detect and report fraud, assess risk, and recommend improvements.
- Advise merchants and teams on chargeback causes and prevention practices.
- Track KPIs and identify patterns in merchant transactions and verticals.
- Monitor merchant transactions for fraud and chargeback risks, flagging anomalies.
Requirements
- Must communicate clearly in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week from the Vilnius office.
- At least 2 years of experience in chargeback, dispute, card operations, or risk operations in bank, EMI, PSP, acquirer, or processor handling e-commerce.
- Direct hands-on experience with Visa/Mastercard dispute processes and official platforms.
- Deep knowledge of card transaction lifecycle and e-commerce dispute scenarios.
- Analytical, structured, and able to communicate decisions well under pressure.
