Salary: €3,800 – €5,400 gross (depending on location)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing forward-looking insights on business performance and macroeconomic trends.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Drive business performance through actionable reporting, cost control, and performance analysis to optimize resources.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Unit to design and deliver advanced reporting and AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Conduct investment evaluations and cost-benefit analyses to support high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across business units and lead continuous improvement in finance processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic finance, business partnering, or advisory roles working with senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- High proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a good understanding of automation and AI-driven finance.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organizational levels.
