Sales Engineer

TL;DR

Sales Engineer (IT/Security): Responsible for all technical aspects with top system integrators, large end customers, and consultants in close collaboration with the sales team, contributing to business growth. Focus on developing complex technical projects, delivering training, and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Location: Remote in Egypt, preferably based in Cairo.

What you will do

• Design the best solutions for projects by understanding customer needs from end customers, A&E, and system integrators perspectives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally.
• Influence large tenders and RFP/RFQ processes.
• Develop and present Axis solutions with high technical standards.
• Maintain and develop contacts with technical key decision-makers from large corporations.
• Promote pilots and proof of concept implementations linked to projects and opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales engineering role.
• Experience in the physical security or IT market.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role and extensive experience in the B2B market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure is a plus.
