What you will do

• Identify and evaluate market trends and new technologies for SAP AMS and cloud solutions.
• Create managed services portfolio roadmaps and design new global managed services including content, offerings, and cost calculation.
• Manage end-to-end service offers with focus on portfolio lifecycle and support sales and presales teams.
• Maintain key product documentation and conduct enablement sessions for internal teams.
• Prepare decision-making templates for senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) information technology, economics, or comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years professional experience in SAP AMS with comprehensive knowledge of SAP products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP) and AMS presales or product management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and/or German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
• Location: Must be based in Germany, Romania, or Bulgaria.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and customer-oriented mindset in an international team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with outcome-based AMS models and industry-specific AMS models.
• Familiarity with AI-infused service offerings.
