TL;DR

Product Owner (iGaming): Own and organize the product roadmap for Wallets in the iGaming platform, focusing on transactional and wallet-based systems. Focus on balancing operational stability with continuous improvement and collaborating closely with engineering and stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Romania (Bucharest) with hybrid work schedule available after three months.

What you will do

  • Lead an agile team as the Product Owner and manage the product backlog and prioritization.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and schedule with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to plan and deliver features while balancing technical debt and business directives.
  • Ensure complete and accessible project documentation and control the agile delivery process using Jira and Confluence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and top management through presentations and updates.
  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support team success.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in product management, ownership, or business analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in transactional models within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to work with software development teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Technical background is a plus.
