Senior Recruiter (Performance Marketing | iGaming)
📍 Remote | Full-time
keyo is a back-office team for the high-growth internal group of brands.
We support established players in the performance marketing sphere.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to scale talent across our companies.
You’ll be hiring people who directly generate revenue — media buyers, affiliate managers, BD, sales & account managers — in one of the most competitive markets globally.

🔥 What you’ll actually do
Own end-to-end hiring for performance roles (Media Buyers, Affiliate, BD, Ops)
Hunt talent in Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals — not just job boards
Run fast and sharp screenings & interviews (we value speed and accuracy)
Validate real experience: no fake ROI, no “inflated” cases
Work directly with business leaders (our in-house hiring managers) to define hiring strategy and paths
Build pipelines before we even open roles
Keep your pipeline clean and actionable (ATS discipline matters)
🎯 Who you are
3+ years in recruitment in iGaming / affiliate / performance marketing / digital agencies
You understand media buying & performance metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV — not just buzzwords)
You know where real candidates are and how to reach them
You’re comfortable with headhunting and closing, not just processing inbound
You can push hiring managers when needed — not just follow
English B2+ (you’ll work internationally)
