What you will do

Lead on-site fault triage and resolution for vehicle software and hardware issues to maintain fleet uptime.
Develop and enforce structured processes for fault diagnosis, repair protocols, and operational workflows.
Oversee and support field engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
Ensure rapid response and resolution, meeting the 15-minute issue response and one-hour repair SLA.
Manage global operational handovers, maintaining open communication and ensuring smooth transitions.
Uphold strict safety and compliance standards for all fault triage, diagnosis, and repairs.

Requirements

Lead a team of Field Engineers in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and automotive system issues.
Take full ownership of the field engineering function within the location, ensuring operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, fault triage, and repair processes.
Skilled in process development, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet SLAs.
Excellent ability to coordinate with global teams and provide clear technical guidance.
Fluent in German and English
