What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of features and issue resolution: identify, diagnose, fix, test, and deploy changes across control software codebase with independent design decisions.
• Boost reliability and performance of core components including planning logic, state machines, and embedded sensor/actuator control to reduce bugs and improve stability.
• Provide level 3 production support: triage field incidents using telemetry, implement fixes, and integrate learnings into codebase, tests, and runbooks.

Requirements

• English: full professional proficiency (written and spoken)
• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical field.
• 8+ years experience in software-hardware intersection (ideally production-grade systems).
• Strong software skills with OOP (e.g., Python, C++) in hardware contexts; outstanding code comprehension and debugging.
• Ownership mindset, systems thinking across layers, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, clear communication.
