• Develop documentation and playbooks for clarity and repeatability.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Risk, Customer Experience, and Growth.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil for hybrid work in São Paulo.
• Strong Excel proficiency and structured data analysis skills.
• Experience with AI agents or automation workflows and no-code tools like n8n.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
