Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work requiring at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Design functional solutions and translate business processes into actionable requirements for development teams
- Partner closely with software developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements
- Support infrastructure upgrades and system replacements aligned with international market standards
- Engage with clients and stakeholders through product demos, training sessions, and ongoing solution discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role in financial services
- Strong understanding of CCP and/or CSD operations and transaction lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for documenting and presenting business processes
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid office attendance

- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated financial environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-driven development teams
- Exposure to international clients and cross-border collaboration
