What you will do

• Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Dev teams to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback.
• Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.
• Utilize and enhance the design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Maintain high design standards considering product legacy and functionality.
• Conduct surveys and use analytics to inform design decisions and improvements.

Requirements

• Remote work: full remote position.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile web.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Token Studio for Figma.
• Understanding of Ant Design Framework and components.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with Product Managers on feature strategy and rationale.
• Effective presentation and advocacy of own design work.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce store design.
