What you will do

• Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects, developing new digital products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables, including journey maps, prototypes, and design systems.
• Facilitate workshops and develop unique design strategies for products.
• Work behind the scenes to apply various research methods such as context analysis, user tests, and usability testing.
• Ensure that project scope, risks, and updates are regularly assessed and communicated.
• Extend your expertise to teammates, supporting less-experienced designers in visual communication and design principles.

Requirements

• Well versed in all things experience design with specialties in at least three areas such as visual interface design, branding, or design systems.
• Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes and responsive layouts using Figma.
• Apply accessibility principles (WCAG) to ensure all visual communications and products are inclusive.
• Possess advanced Spanish and at least Upper-Intermediate English skills.
• Ability to collaborate with designers/developers to create a wide range of experience design deliverables.
• Understand the importance of stakeholder management and can easily liaise between clients and other key stakeholders.
