What you will do

Create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Develop strong design systems and style guides.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Align design decisions strategically with business goals.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Conduct user research and use analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Build and lead a design team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality work delivery.
Participate in workshops with clients.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mobile app UI/UX design.
Deep expertise in UX.
Strong portfolio in different domains, especially in Healthcare.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Invision, or Principle.
Experience in mapping processes, information architecture, user flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
User research, usability testing, and prototyping knowledge.
Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills (C1).
