What you will do

• Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design implementation quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or fintech product design
• Motion design and prototyping skills
• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
