What you will do

• Lead design, build, testing, and deployment of a new pricing model framework and platform including database, reporting, and UI integration.
• Coordinate with pricing, underwriting, IT, and data teams to ensure technical accuracy and usability.
• Define and implement robust pricing processes and governance frameworks.
• Engage and manage key stakeholders including London Market Heads of Pricing, underwriters, IT, and operations.
• Develop and execute adoption and communication plans to ensure full training and understanding of new models.

Requirements

• Must have deep experience in London Market insurance pricing and actuarial modelling.
• Strong knowledge of pricing platforms including Excel and Python.
• Proven experience in pricing model or technology transformation programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Highly organized, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a matrixed environment.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London, UK.
