What you will do
- Support hosts managing properties on platforms like booking.com and Airbnb.
- Assist guests with booking management via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with partners to resolve booking process issues.
- Relay customer feedback and issues to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management to enhance guest and homeowner experience.
- Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Málaga, Spain
- Native Croatian and good English skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work weekends with compensatory days off.
- First experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
