What you will do

• Analyze and document customer implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to configure solutions and coordinate project timelines.
• Test and validate system configurations and provide go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams and product teams to meet customer needs.
• Contribute flexibly to team growth and capability improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain
• 2-5 years relevant experience as Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or Customer Success Manager/Analyst.
• Experience with financial markets software, preferably with Know Your Client, Investor Onboarding, and Transfer Agency knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure across time zones.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts dependent on client time zones
