What you will do
- Work with the sales team to generate timely and accurate demand plans.
- Drive root cause identification and corrective actions at SKU level.
- Assist in the demand planning & S&OP processes.
- Build strong relationships internally & externally, taking a collaborative approach.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer level data.
- Work with the wider supply chain team to find efficiency savings.
Requirements
- Analytical with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Good organisation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- 2+ years demand planning experience in FMCG.
- Energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business.
- Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Power BI &/or Anaplan experience a bonus!
