What you will do

• Collaborate with teams across Europe and support their daily use of internal tools (Atlassian, Monday, TestRail).
• Maintain and configure internal systems, including Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and Confluence spaces.
• Handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and support productivity across internal systems.
• Assist with system improvements, automation, and documentation of tools and processes.
• Grow your skills across a wide range of tools while learning how internal ecosystem works.

Requirements

• Quick learner and curious about solving different technical issues.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Can ask right questions and filter information.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent English skills in both oral and written.

Nice to have

• Having experience with Atlassian Applications (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.).
• Having experience in scripting (JavaScript), SQL, TestRail.
• Having higher education or still obtaining it in relevant field.
