What you will do

• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and robust code to implement product requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze technical requirements
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from design to deployment and support
• Ensure high quality and reliability of the platform
• Work within a skilled engineering team to build next-generation digital asset trading and custody solutions

Requirements

• Must have 3-10 years of software development experience
• Strong skills in Golang, Java, or Rust
• Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering
• Knowledge of modern software development practices including CI/CD and cloud-native technologies
• Experience with security, cryptography, distributed systems, Linux, and networking
• Must be Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
• Background in trading, finance, and digital assets
• Familiarity with containerized runtimes like Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, CRI-O
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Knowledge of Angular and TypeScript
