What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving their professional growth.
• Collaborate with Product to shape strategic roadmap and impact the user experience.
• Engage with complex technical problems and create well-defined plans.
• Contribute to and review code, lead design decisions, and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• A proven leader with the ability to manage team dynamics, set goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Experience building distributed systems and operating infrastructure with a focus on reliability and fault tolerance.
• Product-mindset and experience working with product managers and customers to scope out roadmaps and development plans.
• Experienced in a full stack environment with Go & TypeScript. Kubernetes and containers experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) models, particularly evaluating quality and performance would be preferred.
• BS/MS/PhD in a Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output.
