What you will do

• Drive the observability strategy, including OpenTelemetry adoption and standardization across .NET services and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services (Google Cloud Platform and Azure) using Terraform.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy, including designing reusable frameworks and patterns.
• Mentor and coach other engineers, broadening the technical capabilities of teams.
• Participate in incident management and drive systemic improvements from incident learnings.
• Proactively identify scalability and reliability issues within systems and architect solutions.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Terraform experience in production environments.
• Solid working experience with .NET systems and a good understanding of tracing and observability concepts.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments, ideally with strong exposure to GCP.
• Active role in incident response and leadership in large-scale or complex incidents.
• High agency and ownership, taking initiative to identify and solve problems proactively.
• Emotional intelligence and low ego, with clear and respectful communication.
