What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across GCP and Azure using Terraform.
• Drive observability strategy, including OpenTelemetry adoption and standardization across .NET services.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy to enhance developer velocity.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams to improve technical capabilities and reliability practices.
• Lead complex incidents as an Incident Commander and drive systemic improvements through post-mortems.
• Proactively identify and architect solutions for system scalability and reliability challenges.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Solid working knowledge of .NET systems, tracing, and observability concepts.
• Multi-cloud experience with significant exposure to GCP and Azure.
• Proven leadership in large-scale incident response and operational management.
• High agency and ownership mindset for driving outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, low ego, and collaborative communication skills.
