What you will do

• Guide Agile processes, facilitate ceremonies, and coach the team on Scrum values and principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of project goals.
• Manage the full QA lifecycle, including creating detailed test cases, environments, and executing tests.
• Identify, log, and document defects, managing the defect lifecycle through to validation.
• Perform various testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, and system testing.
• Support the team in maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog and removing workflow impediments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments with a strong understanding of the Scrum framework.
• 3+ years of software testing experience and deep knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools including Jira, Jama, and Confluence.
• Ability to analyze product requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Knowledge of orthodontics.
