Location: Fully remote opportunity with about 10% travel

Salary: $95,000 to $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and test strategies to ensure reliable, high-performing software.
• Partner with engineering, product, and clinical teams to ensure solutions meet healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers to drive timely fixes.
• Investigate application behavior and troubleshoot issues using logs and monitoring tools such as Kibana.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to support informed product decisions.
• Participate in test case and code reviews, providing feedback that helps improve overall product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Cypress
• Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience contributing to quality assurance or process improvement initiatives
