What you will do

• Lead and manage the Quality Engineering Team, directing strategic, tactical, and operational activities.
• Coordinate and participate in all Quality Engineering projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Collaborate with teams, including Product Development, Project Management, Front-End, Back-End, Data Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer Service.
• Design, develop, and maintain quality technology strategy, architecture, and code.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce software development tools and standards, conducting design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Expert-level understanding of QA processes and methodologies, including test automation, test case management, and bug tracking.
• Expert-level skills in designing, developing, and supporting automation technologies for web and mobile applications, including UI, API, and Data.
• Expert-level skills and experience with modern automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD Tools and Systems such as Jenkins, Hudson, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Experience with SQL and Relational Databases, as well as Big Data and NoSQL Technologies.
• Experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools.
