Focus on leading cross-market expansion initiatives, evaluating M&A opportunities, and partnering across Product, Data, Sales, Ventures, and Corporate Development to accelerate innovation and market impact.

Location: Ability to work remotely in the US, hybrid, or in-office.

Salary: $176,036 - $316,865

What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s relationships with MBA, MISMO, FHFA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and leading housing finance institutions.
  • Lead cross-market expansion initiatives across the mortgage, servicing, secondary, and rental sectors.
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and prioritization of M&A and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Sales, Product, and Strategy teams.
  • Integrate competitive intelligence and market insights into enterprise strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in business development, corporate development, strategy, policy, or product, preferably within housing, fintech, or financial services.
  • Direct experience engaging with or working inside GSEs, FHFA, national associations, regulators, or policy-setting institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the housing finance ecosystem, including primary, secondary, servicing, rental markets, and data standards (e.g., MISMO).
  • Extraordinary analytical and strategic skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Executive presence and experience representing an organization in external industry forums.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
