What you will do

• Leverage expertise in product and business analytics, applied data science, and product management.
• Develop and test models to optimize game features, economy, and player engagement metrics.
• Research and implement models for gameplay tuning and player segmentation.
• Present insights to strategic business partners across growth, marketing, and product teams.
• Guide multiple game titles from early production through launch using data-driven insights.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to partners with varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Novato, California, United States with hybrid work setup.
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R programming and SQL with experience in relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
