What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical architecture of the hirify.global platform to support exponential growth.
• Lead the AI architecture strategy, embedding AI/ML capabilities across the platform.
• Architect and modernize legacy products into scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions.
• Align architectural decisions with business goals, collaborating with product and engineering leaders.
• Build, coach, and empower a high-performing architecture team.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, cloud-native analytics, and advanced DevOps tooling.

Requirements

• More than seven years in senior architecture roles with VP-level leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI technologies into SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native platforms and products in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Experience scaling technology architectures to serve large enterprise customers across geographies and time zones.
• A successful track record modernizing legacy applications and leading organizations through architecture evolution.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around complex technical strategies.
