What you will do

• Prepare and deliver quarterly revenue performance presentations benchmarking against previous vendors
• Analyze revenue changes by identifying process weaknesses and shifts in payer and procedure ratios
• Prioritize and implement process fixes to prevent revenue drops
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer efficiency and revenue growth
• Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers
• Drive continuous process improvements internally and cross-functionally

Requirements

• Must work onsite five days a week in Mountain View, CA, USA
• 2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL and Excel required; Python is a plus
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering
• Proficiency in documenting and improving operational processes
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and autonomous problem-solving

Nice to have

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space
• Proficiency with Retool and GSuite
