What you will do

• Lead architectural design and roadmap for the Procure-to-Pay tech stack integrating Zip, NetSuite, and payment providers.
• Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable automation solutions.
• Design system configurations supporting international expansion including multi-currency and global tax compliance.
• Own integration logic ensuring accurate synchronization of purchase orders, vendor records, and invoices.
• Drive process optimization to simplify intake and approval workflows while enforcing spend controls.
• Serve as subject matter expert on P2P industry benchmarks and lead remediation of technical debt.
• Ensure governance and compliance with SOX and enterprise security standards in partnership with IT Security and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience in Procure-to-Pay domain with enterprise procurement and AP automation tools.
• Deep expertise in Zip and NetSuite platforms for financial processing and project accounting.
• Proven solution architect skills for complex business logic and scalable system design.
• Experience delivering P2P solutions for global organizations with multi-region scalability.
• Strong integration skills with API and middleware tools, collaborating with developers.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in agile environments using ticket/task tracking systems like JIRA.
