What you will do

• Lead business analyst teams and facilitate capturing business and technical requirements
• Design and implement Tibco EBX solutions
• Write Epics, Features, and User Stories to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct user acceptance testing
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Analyze and document business processes

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with Tibco EBX design and implementation
• Agile proficiency and strong communication skills
• Experience leading business analyst teams
• Background in data validation, Master Data Management, and knowledge of data integration
• Retail/convenience store domain knowledge is a strong plus
• Must be located in the United States (Houston, Nashville, Irving, Atlanta, Dallas)
