What you will do

• Lead strategy development and execution for ads marketplace, auction, and pricing initiatives.
• Develop algorithms to improve ads marketplace efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end ML workflows including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, data science, sales, and other teams.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of product development experience, including 5+ years in marketplace optimization at scale.
• Strong expertise in ads marketplace design, auction, and pricing mechanisms.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing technologies (Spark, Kafka, Beam, Flink).
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Java, Python, Golang, C++).
• Proven technical leadership and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
