What you will do

• Lead a team of scientists to innovate state-of-the-art ads measurement solutions leveraging AI and advanced scientific methods.
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery of production solutions including design and implementation of critical code.
• Develop problem decomposition and roadmaps for execution.
• Set examples with high-quality analyses, maintainable code, and effective solutions.
• Influence business and engineering strategies and communicate with stakeholders to build consensus.
• Foster collaboration among scientists and engineers and engage in development of others.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (implied by salary market and company context).
• 5+ years building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s degree with 8+ years applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languages.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
• Publications or patents in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
