TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer (Backend Dev): Own and lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations with an accent on governance, security, and advanced analytics. Salary: $119,000 - $187,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own design, architecture, and continuous improvement of Salesforce platform.
  • Lead development of custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and third-party integrations.
  • Define and enforce governance standards including security and release management.
  • Architect and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects and manage complex integrations with external systems.
  • Mentor junior Salesforce team members and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in administration and development.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce security architecture.
  • Experience with complex Salesforce integrations and DevOps tooling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects autonomously.
