What you will do

• Provide expert guidance to development teams ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions incorporating platform capabilities and integrations
• Lead solution reviews and ensure architectural alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
• Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years Salesforce development experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform security
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, or custom APIs
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions with measurable customer value
• Ability to coach less senior developers
• Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA with hybrid office attendance

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certifications
• 2+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect
• Experience with multi-org consolidation or managed package development
• Background in CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or Git-based deployments
