What you will do

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design and implement autonomous Agentic workflows to automate complex business processes.
• Integrate AI/ML models such as Einstein GPT and external LLMs with Salesforce for predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for Salesforce development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage deployment, release cycles, and maintain platform governance and security.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and preferably Certified Application or System Architect.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Governor Limits, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Workato or Mulesoft.
• Direct experience with AI-driven features and autonomous systems within Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Knowledge of data modeling in large-scale Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure and their AI services.
• Contributions to open-source projects or speaking engagements on Salesforce, AI, or Agentic systems.
