What you will do
- Contribute to the design, launch, and optimization of campaigns aligned to key stages of the customer journey using Demandbase for audience segmentation.
- Leverage AI-driven insights and account-specific data to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Manage the trafficking of ads to different platforms, collaborating with multiple vendors and agencies.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to a seamless, unified go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor campaign metrics and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and refine campaigns.
- Establish and execute a structured A/B testing program, experimenting with creative elements and messaging.
Requirements
- Passion for account-based marketing, including paid media strategies and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with developing personalized messaging strategies and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign iteration for optimization.
- Knowledge of paid media channels (paid social, display, content syndication, etc.).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms (Demandbase, Madison Logic, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams.
- Comfort with navigating dynamic and evolving marketing technologies.
