SplitMetrics Is looking for a hands-on Python Team Lead who’s excited to build scalable, high-load backend systems and lead a talented group of engineers.

What you’ll do:
🔎 Lead and mentor a backend engineering team
🔎 Plan and deliver key roadmap initiatives
🔎 Design, build, and improve distributed backend systems
🔎 Optimize data flows, system performance, and reliability
🔎 Drive architecture evolution and reduce technical debt

What we’re looking for:
➡️ 6+ years of backend engineering experience
➡️ Strong Python expertise and understanding of distributed systems
➡️ 2+ years of technical leadership (team lead or similar)
➡️ A passion for clean code, scalability, and ownership
