What you will do

• Manage job assignments, monitoring performance on job adherence, volume, and quality.
• Support hiring and training of new Associates.
• Maximize productivity through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data.
• Develop weekly work schedules, balancing workloads and delivery priorities.
• Liaise with Program Management and global operations team leads to manage risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Identify and help implement process-related improvements using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean.

Requirements

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English & German or Italian | B2+ level for all
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced college education.
• Experience in understanding performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead talent, work cross-functionally, and build consensus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interest in hiring and developing people.
• Leadership experience in coaching and performance management.
