What you will do

• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for significant engineering domains aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Partner with architects and principal engineers to ensure technical excellence and scalability.
• Champion a high-performance culture and advanced agile development practices.
• Identify and resolve complex cross-team or organizational impediments.
• Participate actively in talent acquisition, career development, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Location: This role is based in Łódź, Poland with hybrid work format.
• 7+ years in software development with 5+ years in formal leadership roles managing multiple teams or domains.
• Proven experience driving flow-based software development and business-driven product initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen to engage in architectural discussions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including product management and design.
• English proficiency at least B2 level assumed as job is in English.
