What you will do

• Ensure client projects are adequately staffed with resources to complete on schedule.
• Oversee budgets, managing exceptions and certifying proper justification for time or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design project schedules and resolve issues.
• Analyze workflows, propose and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate the talent pool's engagement life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Manage communication with the client and participate in technical operations.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Operations, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations role or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AI Data Services industry is preferred.
• Experience with reading SQL or demonstrated analytical skills.
• Experience with resource management tools (e.g. Workday).
