Senior Product Manager (Contractor Products): Lead the development and growth of contractor management products for SMBs, focusing on end-to-end solutions from onboarding to payments and compliance. With an accent on building 0→1 products and leveraging AI to create customer-loved solutions. Focus on defining long-term strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution with urgency and care.
Location: Hybrid work in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with 2-3 days per week in office required
Salary: $184,000–$230,000 per year (San Francisco, New York, Seattle)

What you will do
- Lead long-term product strategy and define customer and market positioning for contractor products.
- Build a vision to simplify contractor management and create competitive advantage.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align teams and validate assumptions.
- Drive execution and outcomes using AI tools to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with hybrid office attendance 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with proven 0-to-1 product delivery.
- Strong skills in customer discovery, product research, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with AI tools and vision for AI in product experiences.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
