Frontend Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain UIs for pension and retirement products using React and modern frontend frameworks
• Translate complex financial data and workflows into clear, elegant interfaces
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions ensuring scalability and performance
• Create reusable components and design patterns for the broader platform
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend engineers to ship features quickly and reliably
• Own code in production, debug issues, and improve reliability and experience

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience with React and familiarity with Remix.js, Next.js, or React Router
• Strong instincts for UX and design
• Comfortable with TypeScript and TailwindCSS
• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with financial or transactional data is a plus
• Thrives in small, fast-moving teams with real ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, pensions, or financial services
• Familiarity with Vercel
• Experience building design systems or accessibility-first UIs
