Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be located in the United States (East Coast time zone support).
