TL;DR

SDET (Infrastructure&Platform): Designs and implements automated test suites for Terraform and Ansible code, ensuring infrastructure is provisioned correctly and securely. Focus on building automated "gates" in CI/CD pipelines and conducting Chaos Engineering experiments to verify self-healing and failover mechanisms.

Location: On-site position with 4 days at the office and 1 day WFM in Warsaw

What you will do

• Design and implement automated test suites for Terraform and Ansible code to ensure infrastructure is provisioned correctly.
• Build and maintain automated "gates" in CI/CD pipelines to prevent misconfigured infrastructure from ever reaching production.
• Conduct "Game Days" and Chaos Engineering experiments to verify self-healing and failover mechanisms.
• Develop custom internal tools and frameworks (using Python or Go) to automate operational tasks and infrastructure health checks.
• Partner with SREs to define SLIs/SLOs and build automated monitoring tests (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Participate in a PagerDuty rotation and practice blameless post-mortems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Linux administration experience in high-load environments.
• Proven experience building automated testing frameworks for infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong skills in Python or Go to build automation tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.
• Experience with Public Cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Experience with Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and automating alerts.
• Knowledge of Chaos Engineering tools (Gremlin, Chaos Mesh).
• Experience supporting highly loaded solutions (from 10K rps or 1 PB per month).
