What you will do

• Design and develop automated tests for data validation, governance, and quality checks.
• Validate data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and storage layers.
• Create comprehensive test strategies and test cases for complex data scenarios.
• Implement automation using TypeScript and Python.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to identify and resolve data issues early.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and document findings.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in quality assurance or test automation.
• Hands-on expertise in data validation and data quality testing.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python.
• Proficiency in validating large datasets using SQL and automated scripts.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience working with APIs and backend services.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Exposure to data engineering or analytics environments.
• Experience testing microservices or data-intensive systems.
