Location: Hybrid (Gdynia / Gdańsk, Poland) — 2-3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day

What you will do

• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for critical backend systems.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
• Develop custom automated solutions to optimize day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Plan and execute functional and regression tests to ensure system stability.
• Manage and run automated regression suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results and report defects to ensure high software quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with database technologies and GIT for version control.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and Bash scripting.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdynia or Gdańsk (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Understanding of streaming/messaging technologies like Kafka or IBM MQ.
• General knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling.
